RaceFab wet sump pan

The way I see it, it will help the engine a lot. The costs involved are a good bit less than having to rebuild a motor because of oil starvation. And some extra oil capacity can be a good thing. I would rather be safe and get it done now so that down the road I don't have to wait for a group buy or something else if I want to go faster and start to run into issues.

Just as an anecdote, I'll give myself as an extreme example. I had bfg rival 200 tw, 275 width tires with what I'd call "streetable" track suspension system including ohlins 10k/12k springs, 12plate rear diff and wavetrac front diff + acd tuning. I had all bolt on's and stock turbo for engine mods but no oil management mods at all (figured I didn't need it), and factory zero lift kit for aero. I still starved the engine and spun bearings on a banked right hand sweeper.

On good street tires and good suspension, you need a pan. The car pulls over 1g. Now, there has been a lot of talk of dry sumps lately, and it's arguable that isn't needed until the car is on slicks and/or has a lot of aero.

I have logged a hair over 1.0g on Harry's Lap Timer. Not that I feel that app is 100% correct, but if it's even close, then I worry. That was on a 235 R-S4. I can only imagine what the 255 NT-01s were doing.
IMO, any tire 200tw or better, on tracks with longish R-handers, should have a better oil pan.
