well here are the drawings for the parts that need machining. I presumed you will buy tube ends. This is setup for 14 mm rod ends. Your machinist might want to adjust the size of the part that goes inside the inner 14 mm rod end by a few 1/100 mm, inside mount, so that it fits easily..

The part that goes inside the knuckle, the cone part, doesnt have to be that long. The outer mount is held by the bolt and the friction, the cone part is there just to support the bolt and provide location when you are mounting it.. It is by no means a press fit.. it fits a bit loose actually..

if you have any questions, shoot..

Thanks so much for this! will get onto it and post some results! i need to track down some 14mm rod ends. the place i normally use only has imperial rod ends and weld in stubs so got to track down some metric stuff. got the chromoly bar. although ended up with 1.5" bar but it was free haha so ill take it!

easier to keep it all metric haha but if i get stuck ill have to consider doing that.

All the other bits r easy. its the machining thats the missing link! ill have to get onto finding somebody who can chuck it into a cnc for me haha

problem is the rod end is 14 mm and inside bolt is 12 mm so if you use high misalignment washers you will need to sleeve the rod end... if we are talking about the inner mount..

Rear taper is 7deg IIRC, though I could double check my models. I could piece together a rear toe link with the bits from the rear uprights but its not going to be in the price range people would want because the dang ball joint posts are spendy.
