Finally got a chance to flog my new 04 RS this last weekend. She performed like a champ through and through, just wish I could say the same for my driving skills 
Saturday was a BMWCCA event that was open to other cars, took 4th of 12 in that, with all clean runs. This was in Non-BMW S class, consisted of mostly STS/STX guys. Sunday was a regular SCCA Rcky Mtn Reg event, running STU. I took second place!! Out of two! Woohoo, haha. Mine was the only car entered in STU with my buddy co-driving, and as always seems to be the case, the co-driver out paced the owner. I had a better raw time on my first run but I nailed the first cone going into the slalom, oh well, only lost over-all by 2/10s of a second. Mods are limited to a Helix 3" cat-back, Buschur Racing intake kit and MAS pipe and BR mini-battery. Also have a Blitz DTT II, but only use it at events to record my max boost (1.43 bar). Not sure if I'm gonna stay in STU next year or not, the field is very limited, and while its cool to have a 50/50 shot at a trophy, its just not as much fun not having other people to run against/chit chat with. I'm thinking I might bite the bullet and step up with the big boys in SM next year, we'll see how the last few events of this season run.
