If everyone has the maps/directions, with specific stopping points listed, it allows everyone to hang with whatever pace they're comfortable with. No two people drive the same; forcing someone to drive below/above their comfort zone isn't fun for anyone.

Please consider this as constructive feedback though, I had an absolute blast last weekend, but there is no harm in figuring out ways to make each future one more fun than the last

Its 45 watts so straight line shot would go from 3 miles practical to about 15 practical. However just so ya know.... Radio is line of sight so hills will still block signals drastically. The guy tells me you would be able to transmit no issues, 8 miles but you wouldn't be able to hear us back at that range.

Its really small... would fit in glovebox or even armrest.
Interesting. Let me run it by Cobb during my visit tomorrow and see if they can install it.

How big is the antenna?

It should be easy... Its just a simple two wire to power and ground and run the antenna cable. I have no clue on the size of the antenna.

Yeah. Im a pretty aggressive driver lol.

ANY who. Ill even buy a few toys (Printer, tom tom, extra radios to loan) to help smooth over the cruise's organization. but first...I need to get all my bills paid ahead heh.

For the maps. when we organize/announce on the forums. Drop a link and a verbal run through of the route we're taking. Put it into words and a map at the same time. I may not have a printer right now. But I always have access to one.

This is great everyone is so excited about cruises. I'll pm everyone the google map link. You can print your own and that way the route won't be broadcasted to any local "busybodies"!

One other very useful purchase has been my GPS, and not for the obvious reason you might expect.
Out enjoying some unfamiliar backroads one day, i crested a hill and saw a straight road beneath me,
I glanced at the GPS and saw a 90° turn right ahead! I stared down the road again, but couldn't see any turn. I slowed down and sure enough, there was not only a turn ahead, but a dark iron gate across the road. What i saw as a road was a nice driveway with a dangerous gate i was almost blasting through! The actual turn was hidden by tall weeds until i was right upon it.

The GPS has also been fun for my driving style. It gives me an idea of the shape of the turn ahead and thus the confidence i need to approach it with the safe, but high speeds i love! Its also nice to see the shape of a blind turn ahead not to mention whether there are any side streets out of view.
Unfortunately, my last engine was so rough, it vibrated the TomTom to death and the screen can't take any movements. I'll be replacing it soon.

A drunk "Half black, half white, of Irish decent, his mom from Mexico City, adopted by a Mexican family but practices Jewish faith mostly while still having Christmas" riding on a half horse half mule that immigrated from California.
