I was waiting to get some good digital pics of my car before I started saying Hi, but oh well. I've now had my Evo for 2 weeks, and I'm still trying to adjust from my previous car. I had been looking into Evo's for about 2 years, but it always seemed like a pipe dream.

One day while driving out to South Park, my wife (just got married in April) asked me if I wanted to stop and look at the Evo's on the way. I said there wasn't a point and that it would just be like rubbing salt in the wound. Her reasoning was that since I'm quitting smoking, I should get a present. That present being an Evo. So we shopped around, I test drove one, and could not wait to own one.

We took a trip out to Medina, OH to talk some numbers with Rob at the dealership, and we left with a BR350. Now we were going out there and I wanted to get the 350, but didn't know if it was going to be possible.

So here are a couple pics, one of my civic that got traded in for my new ride.

congrats man where about do u live, check out the pittsburgh meet thread. i think ur like the 4th person i know that traded a civic for the evo. mine was a 00 si with built motor and low miles

Thanks for the welcoming. I'm living in Pittsburgh and hopefully I'll be able to make a meet or two in the next couple months. I'll be goin to Cali for 3 months - work-related and I can't bring my Evo - and then I'm movin to Ohio.

I'm living on the Southwest side of the city and I never run into any Evo's. Everyone must be living up in the North Hills or something.
