Hey,

I live in NYC. Car is registered in North Carolina.

I need to pass my inspection, even if it means driving down there. But If I do, gotta get passed w/ 20% tints on my windows.

Car is not throwing a CEL or anything.. but last time I was the down there, they failed me due to my windows being to dark. I was failed but yet still looked like i passed according to DMV records. But it's been a 2 years since then, and it's time for me to get a new sticker on my windshield.

I have til end of the month to have this done. IF theres'a anything that anyone can do from the area to help me out please PM or chime into the thread.

Registed in Monroe county, Charlotte, North Carolina. But it's the state, so I can register the can anywhere within I suppose.

If its your front windows that failed roll them down and pull the fuse.

 

they'll probably start wondering why my windows don't work.

Tell them its Mitsubishi they will understand I'm a safety/smog inspector in Utah and it only matters if your windows don't roll down. (ie- So you can do arm signals if you blinkers fail to work) cruse around and find a station that has a Evo or a Honda something thats an import in the employee parking lot and make friends. case of beer helps too! good luck
