My inspection is due towards the end of this year and i was wondering if anyone knows of a place in NJ. Prefferably Northern NJ that will inspect my evo. only things holding it back are the tinted windows and test pipe ..

If you still have the stock cat put it back in and take it

 

no place will pass you with a test pipe. Just find a stock cat either to buy or borrow for inspection. The tinted windows if you go to a private garage, they will probably pass it. Any gas station will probably do it.

 

i can put my high flow cat on and pass for emissions.. the issue is my tinted windows

im askin for advice of a place that wont rip me off and will pass me with the tinted windows.. also if im paying $200 to get it inspected privately i am not putting my high flow cat on

 

i paid 75 bucks to get my car passed with a cutout

 

I have a house in PA but stay 3/4 time in NJ. I keep my cars registered in PA. No emissions FTW.

 

i dont have to worry about nj inspection, i can inspect my own
