What size is your filter inlet? I've got one that came with an ETS kit, brand new. I think it's for a K&N 4.5" filter inlet.

Im going to guess that the BR Filter inlet is 4.5" But im not sure. Guess i will call BR tom and ask.
By chance do you also have the filter that came with the ETS intake for sale?

I don't have the filter. The maf adapter is brand new. The bag it's in has never been opened. I can post up a pic if you'd like. It's got the gasket and all hardware too!
