I am flying out to AEM on Nov. 12th and returning the 16th, just in time for Englishtown, to take their course on tuning the EMS computers. I also have an extra one avaible for an Evo 8 for sale. If anyone is interested in the unit or tuning PM me.

 

Just out of curiousity, how did you find out about the course and is it open to the public? I can't make this one, but I'd be interested in taking one in the distant future.

 

The course is not open to the public. You have to work for a distributor or race team and have knowledge of standalone systems, which I have played around with a few like Motec. I found out be talking to AEM direct in a conversation.

where in new york are you? i might end up goign aem ems since theres no ecu swap for me, auto but this will probably be in like january, but i def need someone who can tune the lancer, my setup is almost complete

 

The EMS is not designed for automatic transmissions. RRM has an auto reflash though, don't they?

 

oh, yea they do, not for turbo applications though
