i'm with you applaud, there are more evos than this in sw ohio. where the hell is everybody? we are trying to unify the sw ohio evos so that we can enjoy each others friendship, as well as learn from one another, i for one would like to know some more advanced modifiers who can help me with future projects
a roll call will help us to get a database of info on who is around here so we can get together more often
come on you didn't buy an evo because you know nothing about cars, you bought an evo to modify it and learn about the car didn't you?

 

Well JR...I suppose we will have to rely on eachother and a few others. I think it would be great to have some weekend day time cruzing on the twisties. Nothing crazy, just a group of us truely enjoying our cars. I know of a few that would go. There is a guy named Chris, His EVO is heavily modded. Body kit and all. We can all learn a lot from him.

Just a thought.

OK - pased a Red Evo last night at 7:30 PM on Edwards in Hyde Park. They honked but I was involved in a conversation with others in the car and by the time I realized it they were already passed. So I am saying HONK now!!!!

anyone goign to watch NCAA games tonight ot tomorrow??? I want to watch Texas at 7:20 and Arizona at 9:20 tonight so thought I would go somewhere. Not sure where to go as the Damons by my house closed down. Also thought it might be a good reason to get together with some other EVO/ NCAA fans. let me know if anyone is interested or knows of a good place.

I am not too keen on the NCAA, but a couple of us are planning on going to Scarlet Oaks to "watch" the AutoX this sunday. Can't risk the daily driver just yet. Maybe we can all meet up there?

 

[raises hand] HERE!. I'm in Huber stationed at WPAFB. I used to live here and tear up the streets with my 97 Talon (still have it) but just got an 03 evo and have moved back to the area (for 18 months).

Mostly looking for anyone interested in autoX ... if you also like to race motorcycles we might be twins. My main track hobby is racing my R6 but I'd like to get the evo on the parking lot races. Used to run the talon in solo2 and then NASA time trials in las vegas and so-cal.

Also used to be pretty active in club DSM when it still was alive.

 

Welcome, what color EVO do you have. Recently I've seen a yellow one around is that you. As for Auto X I'll be attending the WSU auto x event on the 16 Oct. PM me if you want more info.

 

Invoice naw that isn't me. Though I might have bought a yellow one if I didn't find my SILVER one There was a yellow one for sale out in Medina (iirc).

I might make that autox. I checked out the schedule and found it. Used to race my talon with them back in 97-99. Hell if my talon were in better condition (just needs some maintenance) I'd love to see which car I could throw around faster

 

So where do you work on base? With your EVO here that makes three silver EVO's and a white one on base.
