Who's got the blue evo in Edison, NJ?

Who's got the blue evo all blacked out that's in Edison, NJ?? Has black designs on the side, black rims, and HKS painted on the intercooler. I saw it for sale a year ago on rt 1 but just wondering who owns it now, I've been passing it the past 2 days.
