Northwest Evolutions Car Club (Portland chapter)
Looking for Evo owners interested in starting Northwest Evolutions Portland chapter of the club. I have talked to quite a few people from the the Portland area about this. Alot of people were showing interest. Now it is time to see if we can make this happen. This will be separate from NWE Tacoma area chapter. Their will be its own officers and club meetings. The two chapters will meet as a group for things like drives and functions put on by the clubs and probably have meeting every 6 months together. Looking for good spot to have a first Portland area meeting so we can go over all the details and get the new chapter up and going. Any ideas or suggestions are more then welcome. Or any questions about the club.

I think we need a portland chapter. There are enough cars and people to support one. We need to find a resturant or a Hall that we could get for a meeting. If it comes to a last resort I could get my union hall in camas to let us use it. It isnt great but it would be large enough. just my .02

Lets start getting ideas for a meeting place and when we would like to do this. I live in Washington and dont know the Portland area to well. Probably would be Ryan and I and some other members driveing down to go over what has been going on with Northwest Evolutions and the basic lay out of the club.

Hopefully, I can pick a used one in the Summertime, then I'd be down. I had a '04 and totalled it, on Valentine's day '05 when I used to live in the San Francisco Bay Area. Either way, I'll keep an eye on this thread.

You know I'm interested. How about Krispy Kreme off 205 in Portland, or mall 205 ( huge parking lot) and there are a whole bunch of restaraunts in that area too. Your should just start a meet thread on a sunday at the beginning of April or something and just say for anyone interested in joining the nw evo group portland chapter.

Sounds good to me. I am going to check my shedule. I think April 2nd or the 9th would work fine. We just need to finalize the best day and pick the meeting spot. Let me know what works best for everyone and we will make it happen. Thanks.
