Clifford Matrix 10.5X installer
Hi,
I've been reading this forum for a while, and finally got my 06 MR!
I want to know where did you guys or girls got the alarm installed from, any suggestion would help! I got a quote from a local stereo store cost $1K, and cartoys for aobut $950 with the following options
Clifford Matrix 10.5X
Tilt Sensor
Hood pin
Trunk pin
Backup battery siren
My question is the price they are charging me reasonable? if not do you have any local installer that do good works?
Thanks
MagJ

i had car toys do my alarm it was around 900 with about same options as you and i wish i would have gotten it done else where i had a few problems they had to fix, i would go to magnolia or a smaller higher end shop do it.
Thanks LimPShoT. I also find an installer from Craiglist can install this alarm between $250-300 for installation, and $250 for the alarm, but the problem is I might have take the risk if anything go wrong, I might have to pay much more to have someone fix it!
try magnolia hifi they sell clifford alrms.. but I recommend getting a compustar from systems unlimited in bellevue. I got mine for under $700 installed with same features you want with the clifford, compustar is based in seattle too, and top quality.
MAGNOLIA HIFI 4TW!!!!
i had mine done at the shop in Portland on 82nd street. it was 600 dollars less then the shop in TacoRama qouted me, and it was tax free...
i would suggest the HIFI to anyone, except for the TacoRama location

I just talked to Doug and Rich about getting an alarm for my new MR.
They told me about you and your car. I said "Hey, I know that guy from the boards.".
Heh... Yes, Magnolia Hi-Fi on 82nd. They usually have a waiting list, but its worth it. Talk to Rich Costanza in sales, he knows his stuff on all fronts.
Talk to Doug in the install shop. Doug does awesome work. He treat your car like it's his own. In all the installs Doug has done for me, I have never had to take anything back. I have been going to him for 10+ years.
