Tomorrow I have to travel to Tacoma for my first appearance on the ticket I received during the Toy Run.

I've never had to do anything like this, so I'm pretty nervous about it.

Hopefully they will knock it down to something non criminal.

Did you hire a lawyer or are you just trying to talk it down yourself? I've had great luck with traffic lawyers, and the best part is they will show in court on your behalf. Either way, good luck.

 

I didn't have the retainer money. I didn't really even have the $$ to go on the Toy Run, but because it was for a good cause, I went anyway. So I have to represent myself, I just don't have 1500.00 lying around.

Was it just speeding or was it worse? I hear the name Mitch Green alot, told that for 250 dollars he makes stuff go away. That is very affordable.
