11s finally! on rain tires to

I didnt see one other Evo at the northwest import series round #1 race. I only got two hits in before the rain. They were thinking about going into eliminations with some drizzle too, darn I think I would have won the event then

VIII 11.98@113 on bfg kdws rain tires with plenty left in her.

isnt that funny how that works, im seeing a lot of people running very good times on all-season ,or winter tires. i think maybe they are better than we think.

OPtion A:

i can say its a good run . 1.6 60 foot.

7.6 1/8th @ 89 kind of high MPH for 1/8 which makes me think you might of let off
a little to trap only 113 (ive had 86mph 1/8th and 114mph 1/4)

BUTTT never the less, good 60 foot, and strong time.

i could see it just being a good run... MAYBE FISHY?

OR

OpTioN B :

your car is really a 11.6@118 or something car, and you had an issue after the 1/8 or hit the brakes maybe so you didnt get kicked out cause i think at 11.6 or so you need roll cage, and maybe you feared that, so you claimed you are stock turbo guy that just ran really well

does that make sense? im getting really tired now... ill stick my neck out and say good run tho. option A not b.

Haha it wasnt in the rain, Pacific Raceways stops for very little precip. Just lower your tire psi a bit

TBE, MBC, walbro, Clutch, BC 280s, Jester flash, upper ic pipe, snow kit (24 spike then tapering down) but not up to what I can run for boost. Like I said I only got two passes so I couldnt ease into anything.

Stock turbo, Stock intake, stock intercooler, stock shifter, gay *** vortex generator

Yea I didnt get the chance to do a boost leak test yet, just rushed to finish the set up the night before. I also didnt get to play with boost any since I only got 2 runs. Went through the traps at like 21-22 psi. Im not to worried though, I know my traps will go up.

you mean 3 runs...i was there, the first was like a 12.1 then the second you spun alot off the line and then mis shifted bad(cant remember what you ran),then the last time you hit 11's...its ok to admit a bad run man everybody has them, you are still a great driver
