It's time to fix the sun damage and since I'm out of warranty I'm wondering if anybody has any suggestions for an inexpensive shop to re-clear the wing and do better job than I can at home. Thanks

 

Depending on the miles and your service history with the dealer they may warranty it anyways. They replaced mine, and I was out of warranty. It's worth a try.

 

I see that you have an '03 also so did they replace it with the all CF like it came with or one of the newer replacements? The newer ones are plastic on the side and feel thinner and more flimsy so if I can fix what I have I'll go that route. The bad news is after I posted I went around town to 7 or 8 body shops and only one is even willing to touch the thing. I didn't think it'd be such a big deal since so many on here have had it done

 

they replaced mine with a brand new all cf wing.

OR... you can just trade wings with someone else that IS under warranty and have them get theirs replaced, then trade back later... haha idk.

 

If you make it down to junction city I will shoot it for you.
