crap i broke Centeral Diffrential!!! in tranny..,, beacsue i can see Axel Shaft crack whole and piece stuck in Piston (t case)... Oring n Piston look awesome and fine.. i might keep it for spare or sell it..

I might have Lucas English to rebuild my tranny... or I can rebuild tranny... I did many Old Chevy Tranny (4 speed muchie, 350 turbo and 400 automatics...)

now im look Tcase used, i think i have one guy sell IX Tcase good condition.. so i might buy it, i hope soon! and maybe get Other used Transmission too... so i can keep my old tranny and sent to rebuild Shep or Lucas and put back when i start build motor, and keep tranny for spare...

yeah i tuned and up my 2 step limited to 6300rpm.. instead 5500... lol bad way to change 2 step... and i learn my lesson..

also i used DUMP clutch method.. so im try learn how to slip clutch instead dump all way

well look like im get used T case and Tranny.. and ill try rebuild tranny as soon.. and try driveable for now.. stock... later Stage 3 Tcase.. i think i can swap LSD myself on Tcase look pretty easy..

I know how racing.. I tuned to high 2 step and that cause driveline shock and break out!

So you broke your trasfer case and center diff in the tranny? Btw your an ACD evo therefore you already have a front diff so you don't need the Quaife really. I would just order either a used transfer case & tranny (which is risky seeing as 50% of people can't drive awd cars properly) Personally I would call up Shepard or TRE and see if they have any rebuilt ones laying around. Your whole T-case it toast. Only thing might be worthwhile is he might be able to cut costs by reusing some of your old parts. Tranny should be able to be rebuilt though which is cheap somewhat.

im get Used Tcase IX and maybe swap LSD quaife in.. and I can rebuild Tranny it pretty easy.. i have someone who have spare 5 speed tranny (crack shell) so i can part out and swap center diffrential.. that all.. i alrendy found good used IX tcase.. so im gonna buy it soon!

 

Chris if you are having trouble affording the t-case and tranny why don't you scrap the quaife idea, its just alot more money that you don't need to spend. Have you ever rebuilt a tranny? It is not "easy", imo get a used 9 case and have Lucas rebuild your tranny.
