Being a former Audi driver the name is very familiar, especially from the AudiWorld forum. I wonder why Vishnu doesn't list its dealers on the web site.

*Edit: Just realized how old this thread is. Does Achtuning still do this?

Vishnu used to show a list of dealers on there old site. They probably forgot to put it back up. I know Matrix was a dealer, because I bought my parts through them.

I don't know if any shops in the northwest are still dealers though. Not to many EVO's rollin' around here.

Yeah, it looks like they might be the shop to go to if I don't take the car to Vishnu themselves. The dealer I'll be going to for service will probably be Town and Country based on the very limited information I've gathered on the forum.

Yeah I was reading about that and was thinking if I should do it. I don't even have the car yet, so I think it would be smart to break it in before I tune it. We'll see how things pan out. I'll eventually be driving the thing back down to Los Angeles at one point or another, so I could always stop by Vishnu and spend the night in NorCal then.

*Edit: Nobody responded to my inquiry about exhaust systems for the IX.

If you do it down there you don't get the special price. You save around 200
If you get it done at up here... =)
Also I got my IX tuned by Shiv with around 1k miles on it. I did the hard break
In process, no regrets. And believe me, the drive was worth the tune.

Achtuning's shop was recently aquired by Futrell Autoworks....the Achtuning website is now run by Bill Spencer of Hartman Wheels just down the street. Being a former Audi guy as well, I bought my Xede from them....which is now also for sale...perfect opportunity for the upcoming dyno day.

I had an A4 1.8t that was lightely modded and an APR stage 3 S4 with stasis suspension and stoptech brakes. I started getting more and more into track days and test drove an evo and immediately de-modded and sold the Audi. I'm also paying a lot less for it too, so it was a win win that I don't regret.
