Ok i just got off the phone with the park director and he said that drinks are permitted as long at it is in single cans or glass bottles no kegs.

Someone is going to need to bring a BBQ or 2 becuase all the places that have them are pretty much booked for saturday. I have a small tabletop gas one that i will bring.

John tell Marissa that we will hold another BBQ just for her at Rooster Rock because i want to have her come to one more. I havent talked to her in forever.

If anyone has questions or needs anything give me a call. And ill try to help out as much as i can.

See you all on saturday

Rock On

Okay, shall we be organized on Saturday? How about those of us doing the poker run meet up somewhere before and show up en masse? Anyone want to have breakfast? Tiff and I are definitely in. We are going to go have breakfast and put together a small ice chest with munchies and some drinks before the run. Perhaps we should also put together a list of stuff to bring.

Edit: I think we will bring our large cooler and grab a few sixers of soda and few bags of munchies (aside from what we need for the BBQ) so we can have some refreshments during the event. So, lets hook up before the event so we can kind of stick together, if anyone is down with that.

I am in Clackamas. We can hook up somewhere in between, like Town Center. We could also just meet at Bisquits or Elmers up on the hill in OC. If you guys don't know where that's at, we can meet at Town Center and I can lead everyone from there.

This will need to be early I assume. If we are going to be there by 9 or before for registration I assume. So, lets get some input on time, who might be there, etc.

Ok, I'm gonna start the roll call list, someone else start the food/beverage list:

AlliGirl +3
bigd +1
ohcanada_00 +1
ghostrider

Add your name to the list and also how many friends you'll be bringing so we have enough to eat and drink.

As for supplies, I'm bringing coals (I'm the friggin charcoal king!), plates, cups, some plasticware, and at least a 6 of Heineken. As a matter of fact, the person doing the food/beverage list should list the different beverage choices also so we have a nice mix going on there as well.

Excellent, now things are shaping up. I am bringing Tiffany of course, so we are a +2 total. Oh_Canada was saying they were bringing a friend, so that's a +2 also.

As for a time to meet, I am an early bird, so I was thinking that we could be sitting down to breakfast by 7:30 - 8:00am. So, perhaps we can shoot for Clackamas Town Center parking lot at 7am. If you get there before me, just make yourself visible somewhere in the parking lot by 205. If I get there before anyone else, I will do the same.

Count just me so far. could be +3 not sure yet though.

I can't make it to the Poker Run, but I'll be able to show up for the BBQ.

I guess I'll start this list

Food:
Watermelon <special ingredients>
3 racks of Baby Back Ribs (same as last time seemed like enough)
bbq sauce
Turkey Dogs
burgers
hotdog hamburger buns
2 bags of chips
??(estimate so far 10 corn on the cob)??

Drinks:
12 pack Lemonade
case pop
case beer (if its allowed)

Supplies:
Coals
plates
cups
some plastic ware
tongs
large knife
roll paper towells

I'll also bring some burgers that we had left from last time. Easily 2 dozen.

Without assuming anything, I will give some basic directions to Clackamas Town Center:

I205 south. Sunnyside exit. Stay to the far right. This lane will turn westbound. The first right enters the east side of the parking lot. You should see a yellow Evo. Thats me.

How about Elmers on the top of the hill in OC. It's right by a Fred Meyers. That way we can pick up any supplies we need too.
