We are very pleased to announce what we hope to be the beginning of new tradition in Olympia. The original intentions of this event were to have a small bbq with some of our customers, but after a huge response we changed gears and decided to go bigger. We have gained support from many companies around the country and some of those companies will be on hand. Since this is our first event of this kind we didn’t ask too much from our sponsors nor did we expect them to travel thousands of miles to come out (hopefully we can talk them into that next year). Reserved parking spots are pretty much locked down at this point.
Admission: FREE
Food: FREE | Hot Dogs, Soda, Chips, etc (we are accepting donations for the Humane Society)
Raffles: 1 FREE Ticket (additional tickets can purchased w/donation to the Humane Society)
Music: Simply & economically provided by an iPod & Shuffle function

DIRECTIONS
Exit 104 off I-5 to Highway 101, Then take the Cooper Point Road-Auto Mall Drive Exit
If possible please use Caton Way SW to enter the Auto Mall. There is a Shell Station on the corner that is easily seen from Cooper Pointe. This will help cut down on any congestion at the main auto mall entrance.

Also, did you ever get your parts? I had a pack of goodies for you that someone brought me and said you never got it so I wanted to make sure you got the parts. I am going to mail the package to you by itself if you already got everything else.

Trying to get a grasp on some interest here.
I have spoken with MMNA about them possibly participating in some way or fashion. We are also going to be talking to NNA about participating with the event as well. We are not trying to do something huge by any means, but we are doing our best to put together a very worth while event in this area that will hopefully turn out huge.
We are working with a lot of shops and manufacturers - local and national to provide items for raffles, displays and such.

I'm definitely interested. I'll be driving back from an ORP track day, so a truck and trailer will be accompanying the Evo. Sounds like fun and I'd love to come.
