WTB: WW GSR/RS/SE 5-speed without sunroof

we're looking for our next project car. prefer low miles and little molestation (engine in particular; no "irreversible" mods please)

willing to spend what it's worth

no sunroof, no 6-speed, non-smoking... prefer maintenance records, local, etc

oh yeah, the SE didn't come in white(?)... we'd take one of those in GG

well, ideally I'd have a 2004 RS (with the urban jungle package; wife needs the power doors/mirrors/windows for geting around town)... but I'd be willing to deal with the ACD in order to have ABS... so, all things considered, I'll take what I can get (given my earlier critieria).
