(WA)68wsteve's Initiation to the EVO Community Meet!
 

Well some of you know me from the short time I have been part of the forums and know I am currently in the Army and stationed in Korea. I am scheduled to come back March 1st to the States and will be in Seattle for 2 weeks. I really would like to plan a meet with everybody between March 1-16th. Possible days i think that would be good will be March 4th,5th,11th or 12th. That way people don't have to worry about waking up early cuz it will be on the weekend. From what i have seen for other meets Golden Gardens, Alkai Beach, or Mountlake Terrace Park and Ride are all good places for meets. Myself I live in the Renton Highlands area, close to Maple Valley Hwy and SR 900 going to Issaquah. I really don't care about meeting place, but something that might get the most people there. Since i have been on the forums i can see this place is a great community and I really want to experience the Northwest portion, before i go to my next duty station in Savannah, Georgia. So let me know what yall would be easy for everybody, because I'd really like to meet as many people as I can, especially the people that I have been able to trade with or buy things with even though I am still in Korea. I was able to pick it up mid November for $17.5k. Got a sweet deal. Mod's i have done so far are JDM Tails, Rexpeed CF Type C Spoiler. I have a Rexpeed CF RA Style Lip and CF Bumper Extensions and have JDM Sidemarkers already that need to be put on. I will be going to ER when i get back to get a tune and most likely get a clutch installed.

Griots Garage has their "Caffeine and Gasoline" meet in Tacoma every 1st Saturday of the month. I'm going this month, will probably be down there next month. It's pretty convenient and lots of room, and they support people looking at neat cars.

What time is this? If its in the morning , i would be down to coming for that as well{thumbup}. I want to go to as many meets as i can while in WA

I picked the place for the MLT park and ride, and even on a saturday.... we would have to do it at night to have the garage to ourselves

If it's on a Saturday, night works best for me since I work during the day :crap:
