Selling my 2008 Mitsubishi evolution X

I purchased the vehicle in November of 2014 with 53,000 miles. It was my daily driver up till about 3 months ago. I purchased it from a small dealership in Seattle. was apparently stock when I purchased it, but I know for sure it was not . At one point it was modified, then returned partially back to stock before I purchased it.

*Fluids were service at 53,000 miles and again at 63,000 miles (transmission, t-case, brake fluid and differential)
*Exedy twin disk was installed at about 63,000 miles(fluids were done again)
*Oil changes every 5,000 miles.
*Brake fluid changes out at 69,000 miles with the upgraded master cylinder
