I dont think you will find a road legal legit R34 GTR in the United States. You can find R33/32s that are legit and road legal. Last time I checked the tests hadnt been done on the R34 to prove or show what modification it needs to meet NHTSA requirements. I could be wrong though, you might want to check on it

the only ones you will find legit are production years jan1996-jun98 r33's those are the only ones you can legally get a waiver for and it must have a nhtsa waiver in order to be fully legal federally and state. you most likely wont find these anywhere though because they cost a lot of money over 30-40k usually and theres only a couple in the u.s.

You're after a road legal one?
If not, I could find you one here for around 40-45K USD + freight and associated expenses. They're a similar price range in Japan but they probably export them more readily.
If you are after a road legal version then I wish you best of luck

Y do you guys even comment if you dont know what your talking about?!
Get owned, there are bond released bnr34's here in the states. Not to many but they are here.
For all you internet experts......................... When motorex brought the cars over and falsified the paperwork on the 32/34's with 33 JK Tech crash data. Select few were grandfatherd into the country. Full bond release and 100% fed legal. Kiazo cars are not fed legal. Needs to be a grandfatherd Motorex car.
Also you can call NHTSA and request a copy/ or verification that it is infact legal.
GL with the hunt.

If you put enough effort in you can get the car into the country but you will not be able to legally drive it on the roads and will have to trailer it when changing locations. See this thread: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...my-tme-us.html
A lot of effort though.
