***PLEASE TEXT ME I AM NEVER ON HERE! 724-650-3259***
Do not contact me unless seriously interested in the car. I get cold-calls and texts for this everyday, people are just wasting my time. I'm not gonna deal with flaky buyers.
This car is a drivers car. It's loud, drives like a go cart, piloted by a raped ape.
Car isn't close to being perfect, but runs and drives great. If you have any questions, please don't email, please text me. Number listed in contact section and below.
I will not meet up with you so you can look at the car. If you're interested, you will come to me.
I'm extremely easy to deal with, and will answer and questions you have, if you're truly interested in the car. Otherwise, please don't contact me. No test drives at all unless you have cash in your hand. I've put ludicrous time and money into this, over $14,000 and thats NOT including how much I purchased the car.
2004 Mazda RX-8, Grand Touring (Sunroof, Bose, heated leather seats, defroster, power mirrors, MYLink, HID's, etc.)
Everything works (sunroof, air, mirrors, locks, lights, seats, etc.)
Clean title
Car was originally from Tennessee, absolutely rust free, not even any surface rust whatsoever
Chassis has 87,xxx
Interior is 9/10. Only issue is the common crack in the passenger dash and wear on the drivers side console leg trim
Exterior is 9/10. One small dent in the hood, plasti-dip has 4 coats, some areas arent perfect but overall its been laid very well. Holes in the OEM location of the spoiler, rear mud guars and side skats.
Dipped in matte white, underneath is metallic blue - $200

Power steering/AC belt delete
LS6 intake manifold, ported and polished head - $266.97, $250 done by shop
Walboro 255 - $85
Block and head have 9k on them, out of an 02' corvette - $3749.99
LS6 cam - $292.97
T-56 is built, hardened gearset, mainshaft, OD gears, bronze syncros, etc - $500, built by a shop
Stage 3 centerforce clutch - $475.95
Kaaz 1.5-way LSD (4.55 FD) - $845.75

OMP quick-release steering wheel (TARGA model) - $239.99
Custom rear sway - $150, welded and fabricated by a shop
Battery relocated to trunk, newer battery - $105.99
Varrstoen ES4 18X9 +30 with 4 basically brand new summer tires 245-40-18 - $1200
Theres plenty more I am probably forgetting
TONS of extra parts including a full ON3 76mm turbo kit
Cons:
-Will need the muffler (Magnaflow) installed with piping to complete the exhaust.
-No power steering. You can install the crank trigger wheel to make it work. It is very tolerable when the car is moving.
-Heater core hoses are disconnected.
-Could be raised up a little, front bumper is VERY low and scrapes if you are not careful.
-Horns aren't compatible with steering wheel. I have the OEM wheel if you wanted them.
-Battery slowly drains, not sure what is causing it. I installed a 120A on/off switch so you dont have to pull off the cables to prevent draining. Simply flip the switch if you want power or not, acts as a secondary theft prevention as well. I almost %100 sure it is a parasitic wire within the head unit.
Thanks - Jake
