4G93 DOHC Valves
Hi Guys,
I am new here and this is my first thread on this forum.
I am in the process of building my Lancer and here is a brief history about the build,
Mitsubishi Lancer with chassis code - CK8A
Previous Engine - 4D68 Diesel
New Engine - 4G94 Petrol
Modifications - 4G93E DOHC head with 4G94 block.Wiseco forged pistons,K1 forged rods, Billet fuel rail, custom made turbo manifold (not yet turboed),full 3" exhaust, Koni Yellows + stock springs, custom made front and rear strut braces,TRE 255 LPH fuel pump, K & N Pod filter, RPW enlarged TB and so on.
I completed the DOHC swap succesfully, ran the car for 500 Kms but unfortunately the idler pulley bolt broke making the timing belt lose which damaged the valves.
Almost all valves are bent and need to be replaced. Fortunately the pistons, valve guides, rods everything is fine, no damage there.
I have been trying to find online where I can buy new set of valves from but till date haven't found any sources.
Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.
