97 Diamante Se-V Help - Audio, Factory Head Unit
Hey,
My car still has the Factory Head Unit in it, it is a Touch Screen with gps, tv, heater, 10 disc cd changer ect
I have heard these are difficult to change or even hook up another amp too.
Would I have to install another head unit? Because I think (Not sure though) that you can not remove the Factory Head Unit...
If I can, how?
If not, is it possible to remove the Ash Tray and Lighter and install a second Head Unit there and wire up an Amp to that?

Whoa. We never got anything like that over here. Diamantes were a bit nuetered in that regard. Maybe you can get a dash plate from a lesser car that has DIN cutouts, but you'll have to redo your HVAC controls as well. We got climate control on our Diamantes, but never a touchscreen.
