my car appears to be flooded and wont start

Hi everyone and thanks in adavance for any help. I have a 2001 eclipse gt that cranks but won't start. I checked for spark and spark looks good. Then I checked for fuel and it gets fuel but seems to be to much fuel the plugs come out soaked with gas pooring off of them.I put a test light on the injectors and when I turn the key the light stays on solid shouldn't the test light blink as the injectors pulse is that correct. Does anyone have any advice on what else I should check that could course this problem.
