So I'm thinkning I want to black out the horizontal bar on my 11 RVR so that it goes with the rest of the grill. Thinking carbon fiber wrap? Or matte vinyl? Or just Plasti-dip it until I decide. I want this look:

Great job. Exactly the look I am going for. Not sure I have the pro skills to do the wrap myself though. But I might try the fogs for a couple bucks worth of film.

 

I plasti dipped my front bar. My only complaint is that it of course is a major bug cathcer and the dip im not very comfortable with scrubbing to get the bugs off. I like the look so I will be jumping to paint. a can of dip ran me 6.50. I did my handle and gas cap black as well. Not sure how the vinyl compares in price. I like the look of it all and will make it permanent. the dip was great for a temporary tho.
