Anyone installed one of the android head units?
Howdy folks. Just bought a 2013 Outlander Sport ES a few weeks ago. Was really surprised to see this vehicle came in a manual transmission so that sealed the deal.
That being said, the stock radio and speakers are awful. I figure I'll replace the head unit and speakers soon. I was looking around and saw a thread where someone installed a 10 inch android touch screen head unit. It looks nice but I am looking at the ones that have a DVD player like in the link below.

I also like how these look factory and no additional wiring brackets or harnesses are needed.
Does anyone have one of these units in their Outlander Sport? How was the installation process? I've installed a similar head unit in my wife's Mazda 3 and it was ridiculously easy.
EDIT: Totally didn't see where Gatsby had posted pics of it in this thread here. It looks pretty slick.

yes i had one. bad part: glare is horrible on it. I could barley view it even with a anti glare screen on it. 2nd i lost about 80% of my radio stations even with a amp on the antenna. 3rd takes along time to boot up and also sometimes it would reset its self and delete all my stuff. 4th wifi has horrible range. good: looks really nice in the car, video quality is great when you can see it.
