let me clarify...you got pulled over for passing on the right, or speeding while you were passing on the right?

still passed on the right regardless, usually if you flash your brights at the slow vehicle, they will move over.

this often backfires as the ashhat decides he wants to start brake checking you and boxing you in....much easier to use whatever lane is clear

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!!!

Clearly you dont commute from Bellevue during prime commute times. Those mother effers camp in the middle AND left lanes of I-90 (3 lanes wide) as if their life depends on it.

You cant move them over for anything, including emergency vehicles, construction or RCW's. Flash the highbeams and they slow down, try to pass they speed up, brake check and they call the cops.

I was pulled over for "passing on the right", as going the flow of traffic (63 mph) around an illegally driving lane camper at 55 mph isnt speeding.

Of course I don't commute through Bellevue, I live in Oak Harbor . Still think VA has worst traffic than WA. However good try, maybe you should go to road rage school.

No mention of speeding as I was going with the flow of traffic.

No ticket as apparently citing the RCW that the other car was in voilation of seemed to be a strong enough argument that whatever ticket he wanted to give would have been thrown out in court (as he would need to note on the ticket our conversation regarding RCW's).

Shane, here is that thread I was telling you about the other night:
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ot...-******-5.html

BTW - it looks like gruppe-s has pretty good prices listed for Hankook Ventus V12 Evo's, + a $60 mail-in-rebate direct from Hankook. These are pretty decent tires that are on the list of what I might go with when these KDWs finally crap out.

If any of you are going to Vegas between now and September, I'd highly recommend going to the restaurant Texas de Brazil. They have other locations as well, but Vegas is the closest I've been to.

I just happened to spot this deal, which will pretty much pay for itself if two people go and use it. You have 12 uses which can be done at once, or during multiple trips to the restaurant. Enjoy!

Drive the 520->I405S->90 corridor in rush hour on a sunny day and you will re-think that statement. That area is listed as the worst in the state and up there with the worst of them country wide (saw this in a study a few weeks back, will have to find the link to it).

as bad as it is in Seattle, it really doesn't come close to some of the hot spots in the country if for nothing else, volume based. When you see 6 or 7 lanes in LA stopped like it is in Seattle, it makes our traffic look tolerable. I wouldn't even want to drive in some other areas (NY, D.C., etc.), and driving in the states is an absolute picnic compared to places overseas such as Taiwan, China, etc. Morale of that story, when you see the taxi-cab driver suddenly reach for his seatbelt, you should make damn sure yours is already on!

That said, Seattle-Taco-Olympia on a Friday (or vice-versa) is a muh-fugga!!! It is best to keep an eye on the time when leaving ER, especially on a Friday. If you don't hit a good window, you might as well wait until 5P or later, so you miss that crap!
