Need some local troubleshooting help!

So I have a pulley thats whining on my 09 evo. I am convinced its a pulley because I was able to pull the serpentine off and test and no whining is occuring when off.

Does anyone local to the seattle area know of a method to figure out what pulley? I am completely lost on how to diagnose it further than narrowing it down to either a pulley or something driven by a pulley =/.

Use a screwdriver and place one tip on metal and your ear on the handle tip.

I usually do the screwdriver trick, but I have access to a hoist. Just put the screwdriver near the moving components. You can also use an automotive stethoscope (like Harbor Freight).
