I just out on that road the other day in my company rig wishing I had my Evo. That's one heck of a fun drive! Too bad though as the 18th is my buddy's wedding in Eastern WA and I'm the best man, so kinda gotta be there.

Have a safe and fun time!

Ill definitely try.

Is this on the calendar for the Pacific Northwest?

And also, you could post a link to this thread in the "Oregon Sightings" or "Introduce yourself to the Pacific Northwest" threads? Not sure if that would count as going off topic or not, but more people might see it.

If you didn't have a route planned for coming back from Lincoln City, there is a really fun road that goes from 101 a little ways north of Lincoln City (little Nestucca River Road) and meets up with Hebo Road, which then meets hwy 22, about a half mile to the east of the Casino in Grande Rhonde there. Its a small twisty road, a few one lane bridges. I drive it 5 or 6 times a month. and its very fun. It would be a good route for people going back to Salem and I-5 who didn't want to take the crowded highway the whole way.

Just a thought to consider. Hope more people decide to come!

Sounds like a great return route, man we will have to set it up when were ready to head back, I will try to post this in other spots on here. Hoping the ads in other forums and word of mouth will help make this a success now and into the future.
