Sept 20th - English Racing Hood River Run



That's right... Hood River Run is back!!!



When: September 20th - 8:30 AM

Where: Vancouver Mall - Next to JC Penney (SE)

Who: Anyone that is cool with English Racing, loves Evos and DSMs, or is generally chill and loves cars.

Why: Cause it's awesome



Lunch will be at Charburger Country

This used to be an epic event back in the days DSM's were the norm and only one or two Evo's were in the state.

Glad to see it's back and it's on the calendar!

Yep. Good old days . There were also lots ofactivity, meets and drives monthly and weekly.

No reason we can't make it popular again. Definitely many evos. Just seems the community isn't cohesive anymore.

That thing is still running if you can believe it.

Honestly though - if I could see my old 2g that would be nostalgic. Just to see if the old girl was still on the street or really a former shadow of itself.

I have been doing the hood river run starting in I think 98. I can remember 75-100 cars on this run. Its used to be a lot of fun. Lot of the reason people stopped going was because we were starting to get really young kids that were doing stupid ****.

Leaves from English? I'd have to drive from the ending spot, to the starting spot, back to the ending spot. Do it in reverse. Worth it? I think so.
