That's the only problem I couldn't resolve. Plus, the language on the Unorthodox site doesn't lend itself one way or another whether the pulley is both lightened as well as made smaller. Yargh. If just lightened and made of alloy, stock ol' belt. If not, then there's a problem.

If using the 1.8L pulley from UR, you must change your 2 belts about 1 or 2 size smaller. I'll try to find the part # on the belts. Otherwise, it'll slip or fall off.

From miragetuner.net

"Here are the numbers from the sleeves of the belts that I fit on my 1.8L when I changed the pulley: 5050500 (5PK1270) & 5040290 (4PK0734). The brand is Dayco, Poly Cog. You can have them cross referenced. evolutionyz also added that these same belts will work with the TopSpeed UDP available through RevolutionsMotorsports."

Good luck!!!!

I have seen and held said pulley vs the stock pulley. It makes no difference unless you add a lightened flywheel.
