Any reason for a huge tip like that? I bet your piping is 2.25" and your tip is about 4.5". Used to run 275HP/338TR through my old vehical with a 2.5" tip and 2.25" exhaust just fine.

I got that but any other reasons he might run it ?

Well it's 2.5 inch piping with a 4 inch tip. Cause I wanted a catback and this one was cheap. Sounds good and looks good when it's all polished up, and it's lasted 3 years so far with no issues.

steven121 Feb 10, 2011 09:36 PM

yeah mine is a 3" inlet and a 4.5" outlet, its pretty sweet

Cause I know I always heard that a bigger tip has deeper sound, which I never really believe so when my truck go its exhauast it was true dual straight pipes with 2.5" tips

WangMan Feb 12, 2011 02:45 PM

David, next time stick a can in your tailpipe AFTER you drink it ...unless you like the taste of exhaust in your energy drink

Is winter over yet? Lets see a Lancer near some palm trees or some other sign of warmth!
