Yes, it seems that Evo X's have that tendancy as of late... :crap:

We had a great time with the evo out there. I wish we had the talon ready in time. We also got stuck in the Q16 because we followed the rules with our slicks :]. I still managed to get a few pulls in at the end of the day and pulled off some 10.7s with **** driving. We've been to the shootout the past 8 years or so and this is the first with our evo. Looking forward to next year and brining out RedJack Racing's black auto along with a better running (and better driver) evo!

Met a lot of nice new folks out there, looking forward to seeing everyone again.

I was just a spectator this year but I liked it just as much from that angle. Dave, you put on a hell of a show. It is def nice to see everyone from all over the country come out for the event. My happy ass will be making yet another reservation at the econolodge very soon for shootout 2012.

Thanks david for a great weekend. I had a great time. It was by far a long drive to say the least. May have to do it next year too!

The sparktech is back on the car and working great now. The issue with the spark plugs have been resolved. Now that I have my own tools and access to a spark plug gapper it works just fine. I tuned the car this morning and made 767hp 4th gear 41.8 psi 11.8AFR. I am currently using the BR8ES plugs .022 with zero issue. Thanks for the help Craig.

Thank you to everyone who helped me make this possible!! I am still tired form the 3 day drive.
