Recompile, instead of rearranging and rescaling the octane/timing maps, is there a reason you can't add more elements to the x-axis of the maps and tune the new cells?

The maps are defined of fixed size by the ROM. Tephra and probably others have ways of enlarging the size of the maps, but it's not a straight-foward task done with EcuFlash. They decompile the actual logic of the ECU and make changes to that, as opposed to just table values.

This is really fantastic. I've been a programmer for 10 years now and I've tuned a car previously with the AEM EMS. I REALLY like what you've done here. I was daunted by a lot of the jargon that gets thrown around on this forum and these videos help to really get up to speed.
