I'd love to hear this thing running! Maybe you could post a video.

Any updates with a dyno sheet of the Magnus on the car?

JohnBradley Jul 27, 2016 10:09 AM

I'll get on it today :)

JohnBradley Jul 27, 2016 10:24 AM

Boost to boost, AFR to AFR, timing to timing, corrected because of condition differences between the cold Skunk2 dyno session and the warmer Magnus V5 dyno session. My money is on the Magnus, it does power the fastest 4G63s in the world. It didnt come out very clear but that is 604.9 to 579.9 at 7351rpm.

Wow, big difference from 4,000-5,500. Looks like 60-70wtq at 4,500.

Damn.

Nice, how does the graph look with smoothing set at 0-2 vs 5?

mrfred Jul 27, 2016 03:14 PM

I'm horrible with colors. Which one is making more power and TQ at 4500 rpm?

The red lines are with the Magnus mani.

Erik@MIL.SPEC Jul 27, 2016 04:14 PM

Just another 600whp Red ;)

Lol. That doesn't help. Amazingly, you're not the first person to say something like that.

Erik@MIL.SPEC Jul 27, 2016 04:50 PM

The one on top at 4500rpm is the Magnus manifold :)

That's what I needed. {thumbup} Magnus is definitely the hot ticket. I may have to get one eventually. I think it would complete my set of "best-of" bolt on parts.

Erik@MIL.SPEC Jul 28, 2016 08:18 AM

A Cbre ported Magnus would be even better :)
