There are like you said - about 200 plus variations of the 2.3 and 2.4l stroker kit available for the stock 4G63 block...

Everyone says "which kit rev's the highest" - I can answer that!

#1) The guy who spends an extra $150.00 to properly have the rotating assembly balanced.

#2) After that - the guy who has the best tuner :)

Simple!

Mike H has a great point.

With that said and not going into an engine building class here, every single engine we sell is balanced and the price is included in the build.

I got a Turbo Trix 2.3 stroker short block and rev to 8500 like its my job.

r u guyz sure about a 2.3l stroker reving 8500 as im running jam stage short block and im doin 7800 max .so can i rev till 8500 also or lets say 8200 max ?

AMS 2.3RR all the way. Friend has it in his car. 1 year down of time attack, daily driving, and lots of abuse and not a thing wrong with the motor. They really do hold up and make power :thumbup: Go with them if you have the funds.

We are all lucky to have so many good shops we can go to for parts... EVO community is awesome - as are 99% of the vendors (DTM is certainly a good one).

Nick should come up here and have a Dyno day - we have plenty of great local guys!
