So I'm wondering how all of this would apply to me. I have a stock motor and my max tune is 28psi but I drive max 25psi. Do stock engines feed more oil pressure from the head? I know it hard to say all engines are different damn now I'm going to have to pull this line and get another line. DAMN!

I think people who have removed their balance shafts can experience more oil pressure.

so basicly the kit is to elimenate the stock oil feed to the head and reroute it to where the oil filer is? so there will be drilling and tapping of that houseing? am i correct in these questions

No sir, there are 2 plugged holes in the filter housing. You remove one of the plugs, and install a fitting. I have the pdf with install directions, but it is too large to upload to evom.

I think most cars, including the Evo have some unused ports around the oil filter that you can tap in to. OR you can possibly get one of those GReddy adapters that people use for gauges.

If you already have a Oil Pressure and Oil temp. hook up to the filter housing, can you move one of these to the head, were the original oil line was located?

I will be ****ing PISSED if I have to upgrade this ****ing line AGAIN to keep the warranty on my Red, especially after the heartache changing that line out caused me the first time.

I did not use heat when I did it, but it would help a lot. I reccomend an alan socket (proper metric size not the closest standars.. You would be surprised who does this). It was on there tight, but not immpossible. It made a huge pop when it freed up. I was scared. Thought I cracked the housing haha.

It looks like it will be an easy job if you already have the 1st version of their line installed. Just unbolt the filter from the head, screw the 2nd oil line into the filter and then connect it to the fitting above the factory oil filter. Yes there is more to it than that, but that is basically it.
