I think a sunroof/moonroof is a good option as long it is the style that goes into the car and not type that just pop up or go onto the roof and look like some kind of "roof wing".

i hate sunrof unless they got the panel that coves the window over cause i hate the sun burnig holes in my head and eyes it burns it burns.

its a tinted panel... unless you're albino, it shouldnt be burning you.

I have a Sunroof on my lancer and I absolutely Love it. It does have a dark tint that matches my windows.. Sun barely comes through it. Its nice to pop up to get some air flow, or to slide all the way back to get a good breeze from the top.. And i think they look sick open in profile!! :headbang:

Seriously, if you dont want to drive fast through corners, you can get a sunroof. But then again, if you get a sunroof and cruise around and all that, why would you get an Evo?

I actually wanted a sunroof in my OZ, but it wasn't an option for the 02 models. I understand that it is now available for the 03's, but that doesn't really help me, does it?? :mad:

I don't have anything against sunroofs, but I hate the fact that most all of the initial lot that dealers get in will have one, and I don't want one on my Evo. It's going to be a $#@*! getting one with the tall spoiler and no sunroof.

Thanks to most of you all. My evo will probably have a sunroof and a stupid oz spoiler instead of the beautiful carbon fiber wing.

Well doesn't seem to be too much of an option if you can't choose. I'm sure the large wing will be attainable.

i find that really rude since i like sun roofs and wanted one on my lancer now dude its not us that made its mmsa look at the vote its almost 50/50 so dont say that please i take it offensive since i think 35lbs will make such a little difference u wont notice it i mean comeon its like taken the back seats out and subs out doesnt make much of a diff and then about rigidty i mean comeon dude u gonna be taken corners that fast?

It's not that. It mmsa whom makes the choices, and i figure since the majority of ppl like sunroof "that's on a performance bias forum" most evo produce will have sunroof. I just hope that tech sheet is incorrect on 75% of the initial launch have small oz spoiler and sunroof.

Don't mind me, i'm already taking alot of crap from people saying, your evo is heavy and my wrx is light.
