Just put in a DeatschWerks 265lph Drop in pump. Took about fifteen minutes.
Then In the morning off to English Racing to get a new tune. :D

just installed beatrush rear diff bushing. very nice design, does not require the stock ones to be pressed out. 20 min if that of install time. it did reduce the thunk but didnt eliminate it. lame. o wellz.

Pulled my interior out, installed a Walbro 255 and Binary Engineering seat lowering brackets and cleaned all the carpet up before putting all the seats back in. Car runs good now since it was lean with the cold weather. I also drove the car around with nothing but a front seat and it was LOUD in there

Also installed a vortex generator from Rexspeed and it looks good. This was a pain to install yourself but I made it happen

Overall it was a good day for the Evo and I'm ready to order my 6262 kit from STM to really have some fun with the car this winter

Took the battery out and put the car cover on it for the year.

I removed my sunstrip in prep for a larger one now that I have fabricated seat mounts that lowered me almost 5 inches! I also took care of the rust that was under the sound deadening and got it ready for POR15.

starter her up again for the first time after a rebuild of block and head with s3 cams.
listened to hear roar for a few seconds before i noticed my 1/8" bspt plugs for the oil drain in the cylinder were missing and watch oil pour down my block, down my tranny, onto my driveway..

rocafellavc Dec 13, 2012 04:16 AM

Stared long and hard to decide what to do with it since a rod went through the block. No more money's to fix this time
Sell or keep?

Macaroni Dec 13, 2012 07:38 AM

You'll regret it if you sell it. Happened to me but I was fortunate enough to have an opportunity to get it back.

I bought some long overdue parts that STM has in their Holiday sale going on.

rocafellavc Dec 13, 2012 08:00 AM

Needs a block. That's a lot of extra money I unfortunately don't have.
