EvolutionM - Mitsubishi Lancer and Lancer Evolution Community - 2026: What Did You Do To Your Evo Today?

Can anyone answer my first newb question? lol...

So the previous owner said the car was tuned around 25psi.

In 2nd and 3rd gear at WOT my boost gauge is only getting to 22ish psi. 4th and 5th gear WOT hits 25psi exactly.

Is this normal?
