Thanks I didn't make a how to, but believe me it's easy just take your time. Bake at 200 degrees for 24 minutes (do one at a time, the lights are huge and you'll proably be able to fit one in the oven at a time anyways), take out and open with a screw driver from a corner and then finish up with both hands. The painting is self explanatory. Repeat process to seal them up when you're done. I used silicone around the housing just to make sure I don't get condensation in the housing {thumbup}

PM me if you have any specific questions.

No. Everything went in the oven, bulbs and everything. My headlights are also clear bra-ed and they didn't get damaged at all.

did the bulb fit right in? did it just plug into the existing harness?

EvoFredo Nov 26, 2009 01:13 PM

It plugs right in. I'm in the process of changing them for some better ones, so I have to take one out and see if it has one terminal on the bottom or two. If it has one then it's 1156 if it has 2 then it is 1157. I'll post that later on today I'm at work right now.
