I did not have time to measure the din last night due to some unforseen issues with the installation of my turbo kit. Tomorrow, however, I am hooking up my battery and gauges, so I'll be inside the car. I'll try and take measurements tomorrow night.

*BUMP*
I have my car at work now, where I have access to a little better measuring tools. I'll take measurements during my breaks and get them to Steve. Here is the latest email from him:
The question now, is what material does everyone want? Is plastic fine, or does everyone want stainless/aluminum? Also, here is a template of the measurements I'm going to take. Let me know if there is anything I'm missing.

Word is I'll have my quote early next week. I am mildly concerned about what price it will come back at. Keep in mind that this is a custom job, and made from stainless steel, which is a fair upgrade over a molded plastic piece. I'll have to see how the price point is giong to hold or not. But it is something I want you to be aware of. Regardless, the part will be very high quality! I'll let you know as soon as I get that quote.
Any progress on the measurements? And in case I forgot to respond, mm will be fine. Do what you can to esimate to the .25 mm of course, but otherwise that will be plenty accurate.
Thanks!

^^^ hey, no hijacking threads, but thanks for the heads up any ways.
Here is an update on the panels from Steve.

Once that quote comes in I'll work with them to pull the cost down any way that is possible without sacrificing quality. That may mean fiddling with material. Stainless is my preference due to the quality but it is more expensive typically, and machining times are higher than aluminum. Both can be brushed or polished to nearly identical finishes. Plastic is a weird one as that can't be bent to shape, so it would have to be a CNC part, so plastic although the "cheaper" material may result in a more expensive product actually. For the people that are interested it will be a "majority rules" sort of choice for what they prefer for material. I'll provide quote information regarding all options.
Thanks for the patience!

id love to see soemthing like this. i have no need for 3 gauge holes and i need a place for my turbo timer. think it would look really slick too.
edit: and obviously, it would only be one level of gauges and the tt in between them
