Introduction:
Some of you might have heard of us before, and to some we might be new
RallySportDirect has been around for almost a decade and we are located just outside of Salt Lake City, Utah. We started as a small parts supplier that was operated by car enthusiasts for car enthusiast, we race them, we break them, we find out what works, what does not work, and how to keep them together in 1 piece.
We will be expanding our growth and knowledge with this new project as we look into the newer platform that Mitsubishi has offered.
Let me introduce my self a little bit as well. My name is Dallin and I am going to be working on this Evo X project. I may have been put in charge of this project because I have been in the Mitsubishi scene since about 2006 when I got my first Evo. Hard to imagine that I got my first Evo almost 7 years ago (Man Time Flies when your having fun . Anyway I have since owned 3 other Evo's since that first one that got me hooked. The X is a whole new platform for me and I have actually been looking at these for a while now. I still have a lot to learn about the X as it moved from the timeless 4G63 motor onto its new replacement the 4B11, but the goal and mindset of the Evo are still very much the same. Things are a little backwards on this than what I was use to (Exhaust and Turbo being switched around ) but so far the new chassis and motor I think they are great!
The car we have chosen is a 2008 Wicked White Evolution X GSR. Plans for this car are still not set in stone as plans can always can change up a bit, but we will address all areas of looks and performance
I would like to share with you some of our past project cars that we have done.
And just to give you guys some ideas of this build, here are some of our previous and current builds of shop cars over the years
2005 STi
2008 STi
2003 EVO
2011 STi
2013 BRZ
We are proud to be part of this Great community, and look forward to offering top quality products, write up, and introduce to you guys new products!
Make sure to check us out on our website, facebook, blog, and youtube channels!
Thanks,
Dallin

Hi Guys,
Just wanted to throw up a quick little part I put on the project car while we wait for the bigger things to come in
I installed the Cusco Short Antenna Carbon Fiber Look last night on project La Flama Blanca.
Installation difficulty on scale of 1-10 10 being the hardest this was a super easy 1!
Installation time was about 1 min
Looks a lot better than the long ugly stock one
This antenna works great I don't notice any difference in performance from the stock one. This will complement well with some of the other parts that have planned to go on the car
Keep watching as we have a lot more in the works
Cusco Short Antenna Carbon Fiber Look Evo X
Thanks,
Dallin

It was in the high 60's and low 70's end of last week and then it snows this morning
We can't install and test some of these parts with snow on the ground
Thanks,
Dallin
