Very Cool Brian, you can't get much more official than a track built car done by some of the top people in the industry. I could only imagine how that thing handles. Good luck with getting it together and having some fun out there.

Thanks. We'll see how it does. I am told they are wicked quick on a road course. Something along the lines of 2:11's at Sebring And that was a moddest car with LS motor, not like this one. But as fast as they are I am told they are a handful. So I think it will be a learning curve. I'm ready for it though. I've done multiple driving schools including skid pad testing. Also have a lot more seat time so we'll see. Cant prepare any more than I have. Now its just getting use to it first hand. I will be detuning it to about 500-600WHP via a smaller carb or restrictor plate to lessen the blow.

Truck leaves Kentucky on Friday for North Carolina. I'll head out next week to see it and pick up some other parts. Also gonna talk to a painter. She needs a fresh coat of Gloss Black I have to find a few hard to find silly items like Toyota ID kits. Those are the decals like fake headlights, taillights, emblems. No one seems to know how to find them lol.. I have found the Ford and Chevy kits but Toyota ones are M.I.A.

Thanks guys. It will take some work but will be worth every minute of hard work. Here are the bridged 6 piston AP brakes. Rears are bridged and 4 piston. Total cost new is in the $25K range I'm told with rotors, pads, etc...

Rest of the parts I acquired in NC.

There is only one engine that should ever go in any "Toyota" race car. 2JZ-GTE.

Never gonna happen. My 4-6 cyl days are over. I want big power without 50psi of boost I love the 2JZ, but have no desire for that to live in this truck. The right motor is a TRD phase 14 840 hp all motor. Plenty of power and plenty of tq... If I can't get my hands on one reasonable I will get the chevy's counterpart. SB2 or RO7. These trucks weigh 3400# and have big tires. On a road course it will need significant power with a usable power band.
