The quality of the magnus is just awesome

 

Next up we have switched from the x2/3 Bosch 044 set up we were running and have found a new pump from the USA the magnafuel 4303 which we are hoping will simplify things and give us enough fuel for 1000+

 

The motec custom lightweight engine harness with eight injector set up built by Dave Rowe @ eps motorsport . This is just awesome and will shed a lot of weight combined with the lightweight body loom

Big thanks to Jon Webster & the Webster Race Engineering crew for the recent work they have done on the gtir-evo drag car project :smthumbup

We took the car to have our previous roll cage removed . We choose an 8.5 spec tagged lightweight chromoly cage to be fitted . We let Jon redesign the air jack position into the rear frame also the front air jacks have been re worked and in orated into the roll cage . There is a new lightweight coloum with custom support added and new seat position .

Because of the power and high speed potential we have also added full parachute set up and now we are up to the best standards of safety with this thoroughly thought out set up the car will next be at the acid finishers for full acid strip down to get rid of any unwanted weight and debris present.

We can't wait either it should be sub 1000kg hopefully so over 1000 bhp per tonne
