Yeah I see the little washer you're referring to. When I say big washer I mean same OD as the bushing, actually if anything sticks out a lil past the bushing, lol! I've pulled out quite a few rear diffs but it's been a little bit since the last one so I dont recall exactly. But I even want to say one washer is thicker than the other. I always remember there being something to remember there but now the question is thick on top or bottom...I say thicker one on bottom. Search on here I'm sure the info is out there somewhere

Good to see you are pressing on. I just have to say I continue to watch this thread and get my inspiration from how amazing and clean this build is. Hoping that my IV will be close to this. Definitely looking forward to seeing this completed.

no more "i'm selling it" heart attacks, kthx!! i've read every bit of this build, and it's fantastic the attention to detail. i'm hoping to be able to give my evo the same level of care one day, but she's my daily so she can't be down for that long right now.

You ever get the rear diff large washers sorted out? I didn't get a picture but I took a quick look at mine and yeah there are definitely large washers on there so if you didn't already, get on it!

Also, that's a nice shaft ya got there

I will try to not say that again. Thank you very much for your kind words , it's inspiring . Patience and everything will come out fine.

Going to try and get back going on this. Took another long break. Motivation is tough.

Just read through this entire thread. Dude, with all the super crazy nice parts you have I cannot fathom motivation being an issue. Distractions from life sure but DAMMIT man that's a sexy car!
